This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). The path to the game should not contain Russian letters, only Latin. Library > Right click Forza Horizon 3 > Properties > Uncheck "Enable In-Game Screen" Forza Horizon 3 not saved If the mouse and keyboard are not working, then try disconnecting the gamepad and other USB devices.
Remove the input device (gamepad, mouse) from the USB and reinsert. See also tips in the startup errors section. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus (especially with Avast!).
